If you’re new to yoga and/or haven’t been to our classes, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get settled.
Please discontinue use of cell phones once inside the facility. And please be sure all alerts and ringers on your phone are turned OFF. Cell phones are not allowed in the studio, except in case of emergency.
Please do not come to yoga if you are sick. We ask that you respectfully exercise a home practice until you are fully on the mend.
How much are classes/class packages?
YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH US IS FREE! So come check out our beautiful studio and amazing teachers. No need to sign up on line in advance for your first class, but do show up 5-10 minutes early. (Workshops, clinics, special events, not included in first class free introductory offer).

What should I wear to yoga class?
Wear clothes that are comfortable and that you can move in- nothing super tight or too loose/baggy.
Ladies: Leave the daisy dukes for sunnin’ on the front porch! Be mindful with length of shorts, as we do a sufficient amount of bending over.
Guys: briefs underneath, what a relief!
No shoes necessary. Please do not wear shoes in the yoga studio, unless they are medically necessary.
Should I eat before class?
It’s best not to eat a full meal right before class, and if possible, allow 2 hours between your meal and yoga class.
What do I need to bring?
A smile and a good attitude! We have all of the standard props to help facilitate a fabulous yoga class. If you’d prefer to use your own personal mat, feel free to do so.
