We cannot wait for you to meet our wonderfully diverse group of teachers that help make Tara Yoga so very unique.  Within each teacher lies a wonderful story, a passion for teaching, and a drive for serving our community.  All of our yoga instructors have gone through extensive training, as well as one-on-one mentoring with Tara for completion of the Tara Yoga 200 hour training. Our yoga instructors are certified, and in compliance with the National Yoga Alliance standards. Other instructors are also certified in their specialty area of meditation and/or fitness. Your first class with us is FREE, but we encourage you to try out a number of different of instructors, and discover the ones that inspire you the most!

Katie Taylor, MD

Angel Rohnke

  • Angel takes her Tara Yoga teaching skills to the Baptist Healthplex in Clinton, as well as the Clinton Community Nature Center.

Nicole Stowe

  • Nicole is an art maker, meditator, science nerd, and vintage camera collector.
  • As our resident meditation instructor, she offers a delightful perspective on everyday life.

  • Little Known Fact: Nicole won the Creativity Award in the 2010 Jello Mold Competition in NYC! She also made a brief appearance in a Bobby Brown music video.


Mary Kathryn Evans
